Crew Call! is one of our divisions that maintains and publishes a database of several hundred independent filmmakers (producers, directors, gaffers, grips, etc.) eager to work together on projects. The Spin Cycle Film Festival is another division that conducts periodic film, video and animation screenings of some of the best up-and-coming filmmakers to help get the filmmakers exposure.

Crew Call!  Crew Call! is one of our divisions that maintains and publishes a database of several hundred independent filmmakers (producers, directors, gaffers, grips, etc.) eager to work together on projects. get the filmmakers exposure. History: Starting in 1999 after leaving the film college -- a colleague and I released that what the we as film students needed was a directory of all the film students in our county, San Diego. After the first year we had an acceptable product. The second year we achieved the success we were striving for. The funding ran out so we are putting our directory on line for free. Current Status: The directory will be put up on our web site for free for all to access. As we all know students can only afford gas, junk food, alcohol, or amusement park tickets. Although if it's a book, directory or even a needed resource, they can't afford it. Link: Crew Call! History: Starting in 1989. Current Status: Film festivals programmed for the San Diego Comic Con '00, '01 and '02. Additional film festivals programmed with the LA Actors Coalition.
